surprisingly smooth stay
prime location nice staff good breakfast simple machine
The location IS prime, very near the godzilla head. the staff are nice. They allowed us to store luggage after checkout. the breakfast includes many options i liked. It was a good bonus. i found check-in and out simple due to the machine, very straightforward.
the room felt a tiny bit SMALL. it was manageable, but i did notice the limited space.

staff members offer assistance with luggage storage post-checkout. english is spoken by many of the staff, which aided communication. they responded quickly when i had questions, always with a smile.

the hotel features a rooftop spa with onsen for relaxation after sightseeing. vending machines are available on multiple floors for convenient access to drinks. there is a 7/11 convenience store directly outside that ONE can use.

vibrant area airport bus
The location was excellent. It placed me right in the middle of a vibrant area. i walked to many attractions. the airport bus terminal across from the hotel provided unparalleled convenience.
the washing machine and dryer availability was limited, and gaining access to them proved quite difficult. this situation was particularly challenging for female guests needing laundry facilities.

The staff ensured a smooth check-in process, and I found them consistently helpful. The hotel offered many elevators, so I experienced no delays. I found my room well-organized and maintained.
The room size made maneuvering a bit challenging with luggage.

helpful staff good location black mould thick dust
the hotel has family mart and 7-eleven just around the corner. it's also close to the station and many food places. the staff was very helpful to me.
the room wasnt clean unfortunately. the bathroom had bad black mould all over the grout and shower, i saw that. the headboard had thick dust including the tv and carpet, that was bad.

the hotel features an ice machine on level 28. i also found a microwave available on the same floor.
the window curtains were old, this allowed light to seep in making sleep difficult.
